🎯 What if you only used 1 tool for content creation? ☝️

Hey, Content Creators!

I saw this quote today, and it made me laugh:

“If my boss knew how unproductive I am on Fridays, he wouldn’t want me here either.” —James Johnson

I guess I’d have to change it to “if I knew how unproductive I am…” since I’m self-employed and my own boss! 😂

I, however, like working, maybe too much, including Fridays, and have to force myself to not touch official work on the weekends. No client work, no service business related stuff. I’m only allowed to work on my personal sites.

Technically, this is work, too, since those sites are income-producing, but I still consider that fun and let myself have at it!

So Fridays are just another enjoyable day of getting to play with content—update, create, review, restructure, and all things content. I’m in my proverbial work heaven.

Whether you’re in full-on work mode this Friday or already shifting to relax and recoup mode, I wanted to share one of my most-used tools for content - RankIQ.

(*This is an affiliate link just so you know!)

TL;DR

Why RankIQ is the best all-in-one tool for content creators

  • Simplifies content creation while keeping up with current best practices
  • User-friendly - You don’t have to be a tech nut to use it successfully
  • Amazing customer service by real people
  • An affordable low-price point
  • The Facebook group alone is worth the investment!

What is RankIQ?

A tool for content creators that makes it oh-so-easy to put the proverbial pen to paper. Or, in their more eloquent words:

Our one-of-a-kind SEO toolset is built just for bloggers & businesses that run a blog. It tells you what to put in your post and title, so you can write perfectly optimized content in half the time. We also have a hand-picked library of the lowest competition high-traffic keywords for every niche.

I use RankIQ in my personal content and for clients whose niches range from food to sustainability to book editing to solar energy, so it’s a useful tool across unlimited niches and topics.

How I Use RankIQ for Myself & Clients

  1. Inspiration: Just scrolling through what’s already researched and ready is fun and motivating. But it’s also cool to dig in and do the treasure hunting myself!
  2. Keyword research: Such a simple way to find inspiration for topics to cover. RankIQ makes it so easy to find something to write about, but I like to take it one step further and use it to find the entire cluster of sub-topics to really crush the topical authority.
  3. Building an outline: The info provided helps me create strong outlines which makes the actual content creation so much faster and easier, not to mention more likely to succeed in fulfilling user intent.
  4. Crafting a great title: Sure, I have moments of creativity, but I prefer to get some help with creating stellar titles.
  5. On-page SEO: I like to mix it up and put info in my content that is (hopefully) new to readers, but I also accept the help provided by RankIQ with what readers have already shown they need to know.
  6. Updating old content: I don’t feel that content is ever done in the sense it will never be touched again. We are, after all, constantly evolving beings so it stands to reason we’ll have different user intent as time goes on. So updating content will always be necessary, and RankIQ’s ongoing behind-the-scenes analytics makes it easier to update content for right now as opposed to trying to master the search how-to myself.

If I were new to blogging or didn’t love researching keywords, SEO, topical stuff, etc, then RankIQ would hands-down be the only tool I used for creating content.

Pricing: $49 per month ($50 off the regular price of $99/month)

Not sure if RankIQ would be helpful for your business? I would love to help you decide by providing a content brief for free (no strings attached, I promise!).

You give me a topic or even just your website, and I will create a content brief that includes the keyword, title, a complete outline, ideas for a topical cluster, and other relevant info that will help you create an amazing piece of content.

Just hit reply and tell me you’d like a Content Brief, and I’ll get started on it.

All the best,

Jenny

P.S. I’ll be sharing a video next week that gives a real-life look at how I use RankIQ for content creation, so watch for that!

Hey, Reader, I want to tell you about the best business idea I've had in a while — and it's honestly kind of embarrassing how old-school it is. I asked people what they actually want. That's it. That's the idea. A couple weeks ago I sent a survey out to my Home Sweet Homemaker audience. Not a fancy quiz funnel, not an AI-guessed segmentation — an actual "tell me what you think" survey, with real open-ended questions, sent to real people who read my blog and buy my products and let me show up...

Hey, guys, I hope you’re enjoying this beautiful Wednesday—or at least it’s beautiful here in southern Missouri! I’m getting ready to do my 5-minute mid-day trudge up and down our hill of a driveway because that’s my new health goal. (I’m trying to stop being so sleepy in the afternoons!) With the latest round of Google shenanigans, I’ve been skimming conversations across multiple groups, sites, and newsletters. Here is my favorite thought I’ve seen expressed so far, and it is SO my mindset...
